Lease Agreement
First thing’s first, we’ll need you to sign our Lease Agreement. We promise it’s easy; it’s only one page long. Click Here.
Supply a Certificate of Insurance
Along with the Lease Agreement, we’ll need a certificate of insurance made out to the following address:

Finalized Credit Card Authorization
Lastly, we require a company credit line to bill after approval of the final invoice. Please fill out the credit card authorization form, here.
Rental Requirements
Once you’ve finished these three steps, request a quote! Completion of these requirements are not necessary until the day that you wish to pick up your equipment. However, early completion of these documents will significantly increase the speed and accuracy in processing your rental order.
